Frings are proud supporters of Rugby League in Northland having sponsored the Horahora Broncos for the last two years as well as the Northern Swords.
The Broncos sponsorship has been driven by Frings Favourite Bar Stool – local Whangarei personality and Horahora Broncos Chairman Alf Wendt and Broncos Coach Sean Tito.

Alf was also instrumental in getting Frings on board to support RLN, “My favourite Fijian Alf took me down to Frings to meet Wazza and Leon and basically they love league and wanted to help out, both guys are great to get on with, so its a great fit for RLN.’ Alex Smits from RLN said.
Frings are that passionate about league that they now organise an annual trip to the 9s. This year they took 40 down and for 2015 they have 64 people booked!!
