Brad Flower steps down from RLN BoardBrad Flower steps down from RLN Board

Brad Flower

Brad Flower

I regretfully advise of the formal resignation of Brad Flower from the Board.

As raised at the last meeting their was a high probability that he would have to  resign from the Board due to the conflict of interest that would arise from his appointment as a Director to the Consortium who had entered a Sale and Purchase Agreement.

The business has gaming machines on site, Brad is conflicted from being on any Board who is a recipient of funding from the gaming trust as Rugby League Northland does.

I would like to thank Brad for his invaluable contribution and commitment to the Board and the game of rugby league. Brad’s governance experience, professional network and his own personal involvement in building sport and clubs are very rare qualities to come by.

Brad, on behalf of the Board I acknowledge your contribution and thank you for your commitment and dedication to supporting the game of rugby league, the clubs and the administrators. I wish you the best of success with this business and investment opportunity.

Nga mihi

Walter Wells

Chair – Rugby League Northland Board
